For more than thirty years we have been dealing with the implementation of shopping centers, legal assistance in the marketing of related real estate units, the preparation and drafting of the documents necessary for the management of shopping centres (in particular regulations and establishment of bodies aimed at managing the shopping center), consultancy and ongoing assistance to these entities.
Our experience dates back to 1988 (Centro Torri di Parma) when complete legal assistance was provided in the marketing of commercial spaces, in the preparation of all the necessary documents and in the drafting of statutes and regulations, for the first timeshare shopping center in Italy (Hypermarket, another large surface and 40 shops with 40 different owners), a model that was then followed and implemented in many shopping centers built in several Italian regions.
