Biography

Graduated cum laude in Law in 1975 at the University of Parma. Lawyer enrolled in the Bar Association of Parma since 1979.
Co-founder of the professional association “Studio Legale Avanzini – Brunazzi – Cacciani – Ziveri”, which later became “Studio Legale Associato AbcZeta”.
He follows civil law issues principally. He deals in particular with the drafting of contracts, tenders, leases, constitution – alienation – management of shopping centers.
Up to the year 2018, he was university professor of criminal procedural law at the Faculty of Law of the University of Parma and is the author of articles in the main journals in the sector, articles in the Digest and in the Juridical Encyclopedia, comments on the criminal procedure code, essays and chapters in volumes published by Giuffrè, UTET, IPSOA.
