Biography

Graduated in Law in 2003 from the University of Parma. Specialization Master in “Business Contracts” in 2007.
Lawyer enrolled in the Bar Association of Parma since 2009. He has been steadily collaborating with AbcZeta since 2003.

He mainly follows business issues related to contracts and company law, collaborating with other members of AbcZeta whenever an interdisciplinary examination of the issues is required. He has provided in team with other professionals and for ongoing assistance in favor of various companies, consultancy in due diligence and acquisition/sale of companies and companies, as well as in the administrative liability of entities (law decree No. 231/2001).

He has collaborated in the management of corporate crises, following the restructuring of both the organic plants and the economic/financial aspects, also using insolvency procedures for arrangement with creditors or out of court.

He also deals with disputes relating to family law and, specifically, both joint and judicial procedures for personal separation and divorce, as well as, in general, issues relating to the protection of offspring and parental rights.
