Biography

Graduated in Law in 2002 from the University of Parma. Lawyer enrolled in the Bar Association of Parma since 2006. He also works in English.
He has collaborated with AbcZeta since 2004.
He mainly follows social security and labor law issues and has gained particular experience in the field of sanctioning labor law and agency law, providing both judicial and extrajudicial consultancy for the benefit of agents and principals.
In collaboration with other members of ABCZETA, he follows liquidation and insolvency procedures, assisting both the creditor class and the procedural bodies.
He attended a post-graduate course in “Technique of employment relations and management of industrial relations” at the department of labor law – University of Parma.
He lectures on legal matters related to vocational retraining courses.
