Biography

Graduated from the University of Parma in 1993, he has been enrolled in the professional bar association since 1997. Since 2011 he has been obtained the license to practice as a conciliator pursuant to Ministerial Decree 180/2010.
He works in the field of civil law and criminal law.
In the civil field, he mainly deals with obligations and contracts and civil liability in both judicial and extrajudicial situations.
In the field of criminal law, he is devoted to any type of problem dealing with substantive and procedural law with specific application in the field of workplace accidents and food sophistication.
